Nisit Care Homes Inc. is a disability and family support agency committed to providing compassionate, personalized care to children, youth, adults, and seniors.
We serve families funded through PDD (Persons with Developmental Disabilities), FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities), and private pay arrangements. Our approach is person-centered, culturally inclusive, and guardian-collaborative.

Operations Direction
Nisit's strategic direction is determined by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in consultation with the executive team, as well as Individuals and their Guardians. The Executive team may use a variety of methods to manage and guide this direction, including but not limited to:
The Agency's direction is formally reviewed at least once every three years in February. This review informs the development of practical long-term and short-term goals, ensuring Nisit can respond effectively to the evolving needs and financial realities of the regions it serves.
Strategic Priorities
- 1 Maintain quality residential service in the Homes in the assigned city.
- 2 Hold Managers responsible for specific sites/regions and the employees working at each site.
- 3 Leverage new technology platforms to maximize efficiencies to benefit the individuals and families we serve.
